As the Spring Festival approaches, MIFIA hosted its 2026 Annual Meeting to celebrate the past year’s accomplishments, honor the dedication of our team, and kick off the excitement for the Chinese New Year — the Year of the Horse.
The gathering was a perfect mix of reflection, gratitude, and festive cheer. Team members participated in the Dream Board activity, sharing their personal aspirations and goals for the coming lunar year, reflecting on how to grow, improve, and achieve their best selves.
The year-long tradition of the “Guardian Angel” added warmth and connection to the event. Each participant had secretly supported a colleague over the year, and during the meeting, identities were revealed with small gifts, creating moments of genuine appreciation and surprise.
Fun team games and challenges filled the room with laughter, strengthened collaboration, and highlighted the trust and camaraderie that define MIFIA. The celebration reminded everyone that our success comes not only from hard work but also from teamwork, care, and shared joy.
